A Quick Reminder About Cancellations
Just a little reminder of our cancellation policy: If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call 828-505-3288 and we would be happy to accommodate!
However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or have a "no show" you will be charged a deposit of 50% of the cancelled/missed service when you rebook. This deposit will be applied to your future appointment.
A second cancellation/missed appointment will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the missed appointment, and none of that will be applied to the future appointment.
Of course, we understand that everyone experiences emergencies which, within reason, are exempt from any of these fees. Ultimately, we strive to work with you to give you the best possible service, and so if you have any questions or concerns at all, please don't hesitate to ask!
